Located in Crawford Bay, British Columbia our outdoor covered storage units can store your RVs and Boats all year round.

Terms and Conditions

 RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Payment in advance is due on the day the Contract signed with Crawford Bay RV & Boat Storage,

2.    No refunds

3.    Customers are required to update any change of address and/or telephone numbers in writing. This policy is for your protection.

4.    Moving Out before the 5^th of the month no charge. Moving out after the 5^th of the month will be required to pay extra month rent.

5.    Insurance: Crawford Bay RV & Boat Storage is not responsible for any loss or damage to your property while stored at our facility.Please INSURE your property to cover any loss you are not prepared to personally cover.

6.     Children: Please help our staff provide a safe facility for all. Do Not Allow Children to run or play on the storage property. Large vehicles such as Motor Homes, Trucks, and Vehicles pulling 5th Wheels or campers pose special safety problems. 

7.     Pets must be on a 6’ leash or less, or confined to a carrier while on the facility. We like our pets healthy and unharmed; and Pest Control Measures are periodical in effect on the premises. 

8.     No alcohol , food or controlled substances (Drugs) are to be consumed or stored on the premises.    

9.    Any and all maintenance of stored vehicles must be done off-site. No facilities are provided for that.

10.  Generators for use in stored vehicles are not to be run in consideration of our neighbors.

11.  Crawford Bay RV & Boat Storage reserve the right to move your stored item how it sees best fit.

12.     NO FLAMMABLE, HAZARDOUS WASTE OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE TO BE STORED WITHIN THIS FACILITY.

STORAGE REQUIREMENTS

MOTOR HOMES / VEHICLES / BOATS                                                                         

Motor Homes or Vehicles Must Be in Running Condition and provide a key to Crawford Bay RV & Boat Storage manager , Current Registration Information, Proof of Ownership or Lien Holder Information

Owners are responsible for properly insuring their property when stored at Crawford Bay RV & Boat Storage.

PROTECT OUR WATER RESOURCES: 

     All Vehicles with Motors or Other Sources of Petroleum Products Are Required to Have Oil Drip Pans Properly Positioned Under the Vehicle to Catch Any Spillage. Please assist us in keeping our facility in a safe and clean condition. It is for these reasons that: Violations or noncompliance with any of the above rules and regulations results in immediate initiation of eviction action.
